Glass/glass panel

A glass-glass solar panel is a type of solar panel where the solar cells are encapsulated between two layers of glass, instead of between glass and a plastic backing (as in traditional panels). This design offers added durability, better weather protection, a longer lifespan and often higher performance. Glass-glass panels are ideal for demanding environments and applications such as carports, facades or canopies, because they are often translucent and aesthetically pleasing.
